These Terms govern your use of tavlex.com and our staffing services.
Placement fees: Contract Staffing 15 percent, Direct Hire 18 to 22 percent, RPO as negotiated. Invoices payable within 30 days of candidate start date.
Starter: 30-day free replacement. Growth/Direct Hire: 90-day free replacement. Enterprise: 12-month guarantee per MSA.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all candidate information, client requirements, and salary data.
